Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.
*We reserve the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note - Orders can be cancelled only till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Haki, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, purchases made from online store of www.gethaki.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products only in the following cases.
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
- Product(s) delivered are past or near their expiry date (less than 2 weeks left for expiry from the date of delivery).
- Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal).
Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the issue via communication over e-mail or phone. Kindly send an email to us at care@gethaki.com within 7 days of product delivery along with substantial proof in the form of photos, videos for replacement. Replacement will not be processed if any of these conditions are not met.
REFUNDS POLICY
Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 30-45 working days from the date of cancellation
